This is a comment that I made on http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/21117999/ Jark, I don't know you from a hole in the ground, and until recently I hadn't even been a faithful user of DA (I was away for approx 3 years!) That being said, I don't like what happened. I will remove all my submissions. I will continue to comment on pieces I see and like (and dislike). This will be my protest against injustice. The current 13+ million count of deviations wont include any of mine. This way we can all show the powers that be, what we think of what's happened! REMOVE YOUR SUBMISSIONS! SHOW THEM COMMUNITY BY TURNING 13 MILLION SUBMISSIONS INTO AL

I'm still trying, but I need to find the right media to work with.

For the last week, I've been watching new submissions and going with the flow to see where they take me in DA. I've been to many interesting places. Something has become clear to me... I can't draw worth shit. I have impressed myself every time I've created a drawing, simply with the technical ability I have to create an image that looks somewhat like it's intended. However they do not have a life of their own. I do not see a style in my drawings that give them their own life. Look at my gallery and tell me if you think I am wrong.
